The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII). All data entered into the application remains on your local device unless you explicitly export or share it.

2. Local Storage Only

All user-generated data, including reports, calculations, history, and settings, is stored locally on the user’s device using Flutter’s built-in storage mechanisms. No data is sent to any server or external party.

3. No Analytics or Tracking

YGC Reports does not use any third-party analytics tools or tracking services. Your usage patterns are never monitored or recorded.

4. Permissions

The App requests permissions only when required — such as accessing storage to save PDF/image files or share reports via external apps. These permissions are used solely for the app’s intended functionality and never abused.

5. Open Source & Transparency

The source code is publicly available at github.com/amtcode/ygc_reports. You are encouraged to inspect, contribute to, or fork the project under the terms of the MIT License.

6. User Responsibility

Since all report data is locally stored and editable, users are responsible for backing up and verifying their information. The app includes smart validations to reduce errors, but final accuracy is the user’s responsibility.

7. Disclaimer of Affiliation

YGC Reports was built independently by a developer who used to generate these reports manually. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or commissioned by the Yemen Gas Company (YGC).

8. Updates

This privacy policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in the app or platform requirements. You can always find the latest version in the app or GitHub repository.
